EUROPA cover from Finland
On 9 October 2008 I received this nice letter from Finland featuring the complete series of the Finnish EUROPA stamps issued in 1984 with the common bridge design and dates 1959-1984 commemorating the 25th anniversary of CEPT. The small greenish definive of 1.3 Finnish markka was issued in 1983.
Therefore, as far as I know, Finland, along with Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, etc., is a country where stamps with denomination in the old currency can still be used.
Thank you L.!
