A great cover from Oleg in Riga, Latvia, with a 0.40 lat stamp issued on 5 August 2010, showing a steam engine used in the 1920-1930s, from a series of railway stamps. Another nice example is
here. The other 0.15 lat bears the coat of arms of the spa town of Jurmala, issued in 2005. Thank you, Oleg!
